Men's Advice line run by Respect

The Respect Phoneline provides advice to men recognising that they are using abusive behaviour. It also offers advice to front line workers on working safely with perpetrators.  You can call them on 0808 802 4040 or visit their website.

'Caring Dads' programme

The County Council runs a 16-week programme for fathers who are perpetrators of domestic abuse, and who have at least weekly contact with their children. It is a non-punitive, non-compulsory programme, which aims to contribute to the well-being of the children. To qualify, the family need to be working with an agency already, and there needs to be support in place for the abused partner.
